I am not a fan of going out to the movie theater, so having a home theater is wonderful. Having a home theater allows me to avoid going to the movie theater. One reason I avoid the theater is the cost, between the expensive admission and the outrageously priced snacks, it costs way too much to go. I can buy a movie for twenty bucks and my entire family can watch while we snack on popcorn from the grocery store, a whole box costing less than a medium one at the theater. Another reason I don't like going to the movie theater is that the seats are hard and the floors are sticky. I would much rather watch my home theater and sit in my nice, clean house on my comfortable couch! Something else I don't care for at theaters is the crowds, I'm nervous around crowds and sometimes they get rowdy and I can't hear the movie. It's much quieter at home watching my home theater. There are many reasons I'd rather watch my home theater than go to the movies!
