Projection televisions have a great picture, I know because I own one. My home theater consists of a large screen tv, HD DVD player, and surround sound speakers. I love watching movies on projection televisions, the picture is so clear and bright and the sound is amazing. I also own an LCD HDTV, in my bedroom, and I actually like the picture of projection televisions just as much as LCD HDTVs. Having a home theater with projection televisions is a great investment and actually saves money on going out to theaters too. I'd much rather stay home and watch my home theater than go out to the movie theater. I don't enjoy the sticky floors, hard chairs and expensive snacks. Having projection televisions for home theater is convenient too. I can watch movies and have the movie experience without leaving home. I also like to watch cable tv on projection televisions, since it has high definition built in, the HD channels are so clear! Most of my favorite shows are available in HD also, so it makes it even more enjoyable.
