home theater, lcd hdtv The Summer X Games are now just days away. I cannot wait for the moto and rally action. This will be the first year I will get to see one of the events live on Thursday. Can’t wait to watch pro skaters hit the big air jump in the Staples Center. But for all of the other awesome events at Staples and the Home Depot Center, I will be setting up shop at home watching the LCD HDTV while the home theater speakers rumble as Ken Block shreds a hairpin corner at 40 MPH in his Subaru Impreza STI. I figure that a home theater pumping out all of the action is the next best thing to being there. Every single year at least a few of the extreme athletes make history with a huge trick or performance. I just hope I catch it live on the home theater system this weekend. I have a feeling that during Moto Best Trick some rider is going to attempt a front flip.

 

From what I have read online, a few insane riders have been practicing them. One of the riders, Jim DeChamp is seen in the video above practicing what looks to be a competition ready front flip. It really is beyond words what riders like DeChamp or doing for Moto Freestyle.  So ready the home theater because here comes the 15th annual X-Games.
