Summertime is a great time for families to connect and spend some time together. One way we spend time with our kids here during the summer is watching our home theater with them. We don't go out to the movies often, because of the cost of taking seven people in and buying the snacks for all of us. Staying home to watch a home theater is even better because of the cost and the comfort. I buy a movie for twenty dollars or less, and we can all sit together and watch it on our home theater. This is great quality time for all of us, and we talk after the movie is over about what happened and why it was a good movie or not such a good movie. Our home theater brings us together and promotes conversations like this after movies. The kids love the home theater because the sound of the surround speakers is so intense and clear. The picture of our big screen HDTV is amazing, and the HD DVD player we own makes the sound and picture even better.
