LCD HDTV So Versatile |

We've been wondering what kind of HD TVs are the best. We have an LCD HDTV already, but we hear so much about the projection televisions and I was wondering which is better. I read reports that the DLP TV's are not going to be made anymore and that you can't play games on plasma TVs. That limits the usefulness of the television quite a bit. We're not big gamers, but that could certainly change down the road. I've also heard that plasma TVs use a lot of electricity. We will probably get another LCD HDTV because we're pretty happy with the one we have already and the prices are reasonable for them. I've heard that the highest quality HDTVs are the 1080p HDTVs and those can be hooked up to a computer, too. Actually, it's pretty nice to be able to use the LCD HDTVs as computer monitors. My LCD monitor back light is fading, and the day it fails I'll be able to hook my TV to my computer and still get my work done. |
