Using Garmin GPS to Get Farm Fresh Produce |

There are people who sell organic produce in the city in which I live to the public, and so we decided we would spend tomorrow going to their farms and buying fresh tomatoes, melons, and summer squash. We are hoping to get fresh corn on the cob, too. We will buy lots of it and freeze it for eating this winter. The rest of it we will just eat fresh.
This is the first time we have done anything like this, and we're looking forward to it. We got the addresses and will use the Garmin GPS to find our way around. Since we have never been to any of these places, we will rely on the Garmin GPS to get us there by using the easiest route possible. The city we live in is pretty big, but there are pockets of small farms that remain here and there. We love going on little jaunts around the community and using the Garmin GPS is the easiest way to get places without spending a lot of time navigating or getting lost. |
