I just got back from Texas and I had a really great time visiting my wife’s mother and father, and spending the past three days there having a blast! I brought my Garmin GPS along with me so that I could use it in the rental car without having to pay extra to upgrade the rental car to have a Garmin GPS in it. I had already made sure that my Garmin GPS had Dallas – where I went to – and some other major cities in it. The drive from the airport was so easy, my Garmin GPS told me where to turn and when to expect an upcoming turn; so finding my wife’s parents house was a lot less troublesome than I had thought that it might be. I also used it to find my way around town during the weekend when my wife and I went out to eat. I must say that it would have been much more difficult to get anywhere in a place that I have never been to, had I not had my nifty GPS unit on hand to tell me where I was going – I really came through for me!
