projection televisions, 1080p hdtv I am really excited because later in the afternoon, my buddy is picking me up and we are heading the fours through the desert into Vegas, baby. It is a close friend’s birthday and we wouldn’t miss it for the world. I am super pumped because the plan is tomorrow to spend the day at a favorite sports bar in Planet Hollywood that has projection televisions galore. I have been to my fair share of sports bars laden with LCD HDTVs but this one takes the cake. It makes sense. Vegas is one of those cities that takes their sports seriously even though they don’t have a home NBA, NFL or MLB team.

They have come to terms with being the place to watch and bet on other state’s teams. Sad sort of. I still haven’t figured out why a pro team hasn’t come to Vegas. They have enough sports fans and bars like the one I am talking about with enough 1080p HDTV screens to make everyone happy. It probably has something to do with the leagues being worried some shady underhand betting and game manipulation would go down. Either way college football tomorrow is going to be very exciting within the walls of Sin City on large projection televisions.
