He Can Finally Get the LCD HDTV He Wanted |

A few days ago our old Television finally went out. Most people would cringe at the thought of buying a new television, but this actually became a time of celebration for my husband, who has wanted an LCD HDTV for quite some time. I personally couldn’t see paying the price for an LCD HDTV just so we could say that we had one, when our old, but still working TV still had a few years in it. From the time my husband and I had that conversation, our old TV lasted another year and a half, which I didn't think was bad, considering it's close to 20 years old. Needless to say, my husband immediately started browsing the electronic stores sales papers for an LCD HDTV and came to me with two models that he thought we should look at.
Have I mentioned that when my husband comments that he wants to look at something, such as the LCD HDTV then he means that he wants to look at it immediately, as in he's ready to jump in the car and head to the electronics store. I knew it was going to be hard to deter him, but I suggested that we wait until after dinner to look at an LCD HDTV. My sister had mentioned finding one for a great price online and I thought it would be wise to look at the prices of an LCD HDTV online before rushing off to the electronics store and possibly paying more than necessary. Surprisingly he agreed, and after dinner, I held true to my promise and I looked to see what kind of deals I could find on the type of LCD HDTV that he wanted to buy. It took me a little while, but I eventually found Haier HL42R 42" LCD TV that I found for a fabulous price at Super Stop Entertainment whose online store can be found by visiting www.superstopentertainment.com, which happened to be a larger screen than the LCD HDTV my husband was looking at, plus the price was better. I think he was surprised, but he gave me the go ahead to place the order, and while we were at it, we ordered a wall mount too, so that he can mount the LCD HDTV to the wall as soon as it arrives. Having the LCD HDTV on the wall also means I can finally get rid of that ugly entertainment center that has been a thorn in my side for so long. |
