This morning I woke up and felt as though spring had arrived over night. The sun seemed to be shining brighter than usual, and when I opened the door to take the dog out for his morning walk, I noticed that it seemed as though the temperatures couldn't have been more perfect. In fact, once I got home, I wanted to move the LCD HDTV outside on the porch so I could watch the morning news and eat my breakfast in the presence of the sunshine. Granted, I didn't move the LCD HDTV outside, but I did consider it for a little while. Instead, I compromised. While my breakfast was cooking, I sat outside with a cup of coffee enjoying the morning sunshine. It was wonderful. Once the timer went off that my breakfast was done, I headed inside and turned on the LCD HDTV so I could catch up on the morning news and what is happening in the world around me. Generally, I sit at the table when I eat breakfast, but this morning I had the urge to sit in the living room in front of the LCD HDTV and that's exactly what I did.

For a moment I thought about how when I was a child mom would tell me that when I grew up, I could sit in front of the television and eat if I wanted to, but while I was living with them, that I'd sit down with them at the table to have my dinner. The funny thing was, now that I could actually sit in front of the LCD HDTV at every meal if I wanted to, I preferred to sit at the table with my husband and discuss various topics that are happening in our lives at the moment. I found it funny in some ways how things change in matter of perspective when we get older and the need to sit in front of the LCD HDTV didn’t seem important any more.

As I was having breakfast in front of the LCD HDTV my husband came through the living room and jaunted off to the kitchen to get his plate. He joined me in front of the LCD HDTV, and commented how great the picture was on the LCD HDTV compared to our older TV which we'd moved to the bedroom after he ordered 26" LCD 720P 8ms. I'll admit the LCD HDTV was a purchase I didn't want to make in the beginning, because I didn't think the LCD HDTV was something we needed, but now that we have it, I don't know how we ever lived without having two TV's in the house, and I can have breakfast in the living room any time I want.
