Garmin GPS
This morning right before I was headed out the door to pick up a few groceries, the delivery guy stopped by to deliver the Garmin GPS that I ordered last week. I was thrilled that I didn’t miss his delivery, especially since he usually comes in the afternoon and I wasn’t expecting to see him this morning. Since I hadn’t left yet, I decided to open the box containing the Garmin GPS so that I could charge the batteries. I figured that way when I got home from the grocery store, I could connect it to the computer and start trying to figure out how the thing works so I can use it this coming weekend.
I ordered the Garmin GPS online last week when some friends invited us to a great race that they are having and the only way to participate is by having a GPS system of some sort. Since I really didn’t know that much about a GPS system, I called my best friend to ask what she recommended and she suggested that we get the same type Garmin GPS that they have so if we need help learning how to use it, they can show us. I thought that was a great idea and I found the website where they ordered their Garmin GPS and followed suit. I can’t wait to see how this race goes and just hope we have good weather for it.
